Sam Bompas is the co founder of the contemporary food design brand Bompas & Parr. Founded in 2007 and most well known for their architectural jelly installations, Bompas & Parr have gone onto work with some of Britain's leading brands and designers. Developing their skills into immersive food and flavour experiences they have created inhabitable gin clouds, chocolate walls and multisensory fireworks for the likes of Vodafone, Guinness, Mercedes and London's V&A Museum. Sam and his Co Founder Harry Parr run their multi disciplinary studio in London, UK.
