Jonathan Karpathios is a Chef. He trained in London with Pierre Koffman and has since worked in many kitchens, becoming one of the top 100 chefs when he was only 26. When his son was born his perspective on life and his work were completely changed. So in 2007 he opened his restaurant 'Vork & Mes' with the aim to practice and teach responsibility in the way that we cook and eat. He grows much of the produce for his menu in his own greenhouse or buys only from local, organic suppliers.
